Jonathan Dorval has over 25 years of legal and business experience. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private investments. Practical and pragmatic, Mr Dorval is known for his ability to analyze and resolve situations.

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Sherbrooke, Mr Dorval was associated with the law firms Lapointe Rosenstein and Borden Ladner Gervais and was also vice-president of legal affairs for the pharmaceutical companies of the Duchesnay & Médunik group before joining to PB Groupe as Vice President of Investments. His extensive experience in the legal and pharmaceutical fields will be an undeniable asset in helping EXKA to carry out its business plan.
